Whether your practically professional, or its your first time on a spring board you’ll love our fully equipped gymnasium boasting spring boards, crash mats, foam blocks and a horse. Create your own course, set yourself new challenges and compete against your friends. Professional coaches are on hand to advise and help you improve. Work with other members to create your very own Parkour video and get some great snap shots for your Facebook page.

The Embassy Parkour group is open to all young people aged 13-19 and runs every Tuesday between 5.30pm & 7pm. For more information please contact the centre or simply turn up.
